My book is "Dinner Roles -American women and culinary culture". I chose this book because I was interested in American dinner and how women took a part in it. What I know about this book so far is that it's about the relation between dinner and American women in the first half of the 20th century.

Sounds like an interesting book that I'd like to check out. It's too bad that you didn't find it interesting and decided to change books. It's better to select a more interesting book rather than do "gaman" though.
